By requesting for and engaging us to deliver a talk or workshop (our “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”).

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting for and engaging us to deliver our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which can also be found on our website. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not request and engage us for our Services.

Service Registration

To register for our Services, you must complete the registration process, including providing accurate information as required. The relevant registration can be found here or you can contact info@blackandirish.com.

Payment Policy

We offer a 30 day credit for payment of our Services. We accept payment through bank transfer and can issue an invoice and/or complete a supplier form. 

If you can’t complete payment within the 30 days, you must inform us ahead of invoice and/or supplier form submission. Failure to do so may impact future delivery of our Services.

Changes and Cancellations

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule our Services at its discretion. If a Service is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Conduct and Participation

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally when they engage with our Services. The Company reserves the right to remove the facilitator from the Service if any participant displays disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. You shall be responsible for full payment of the Service. 

Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of our Services, including but not limited to slides, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the Company. These materials are provided for the personal use of the participants or organisation only and may not be distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without the Company’s prior written consent.

Liability

• Waiver of Liability: By engaging in our Services, you agree to waive any claims against the Company for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from your participation.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or engagement in our Services.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide to the Company during the registration process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. These Terms of Service were last updated on 1st September 2024.
